I guess that makes us all missionaries?
Chad Windham in Washington can make you new frame sills at a very reasonable cost.
Then you at least will have a rolling chassis. That would "feel good". If you are interested I would be happy to provide you with his contact information through a private message or direct email. Just let me know.
He also has a huge stash of parts for same.

Hi Al, the patterns for the tail pipe end cap have been dropped off at the foundry and I suspect they will pour this month. I will report back when I get the call to come pick them up. I ordered one for you as we discussed.

Series 9 and Series 10 A, B, and C in some cases, used CB 4, 66 spoke, 24" rims. Very late in Series 10 C, HC 4 were used, also with 66 spokes, some with 21" rims, however I have encountered HC 4's with 72 spoke wheel centers.

I will be casting the end cap which holds the tail pipe for a 1909-1913 Locomobile. Part no 17547 on the chart. Should you need or want one, contact me.
On the lamps issue, who really cares anyway? Nobody but us really studies this stuff, and what difference does it make? I quite simply want to drive the car before I get too old or get "the call".
The pattern is done and should be here by end of week. I will take it to the local foundry and get ours done in gray iron.
Model 30 1910 cars are featured in the Locomobile Book" as having Gray and Davis three tier side and tail lamps, Rushmore headlights.
Model 30 1909, I do not have access to a 1909 Locomobile Book, but have never seen one as being 1909 with anything other than Rushmore headlights paired with Gray and Davis three tier side and tail.
Model 30 1911 and 1912 cars are featured in the "Locomobile Book" as having Solar lamps all around.
