  1. Can anyone identify the license plate revealing the location of this '26 - '27 Model T right hand drive? It looks like it has operational right side doors but, with the stuff packed on the running board, the occupants would either have to climb over the side or use the left side doors.
  2. Looking forward to your next project. Here are some ideas and incentives... Custom Low rider V-8
  3. If it were a '57, I think the price would be somewhat higher. I had a friend who replaced the front clip with one from a '57 and it improved the appearance as well as the sales value.
  4. It's got "possibilities" and it's thousands cheaper than a 3-window Ford.

  6. Even Jeep produced panel deliveries for years, but that kit was a much cheaper alternative if you found a reliable inexpensive Jeep.
  7. Don't forget there were thousands of war surplus Jeeps available in the post war years. This van accessory combined with a cheap Jeep could have been invaluable to an enterprising veteran, individual, or small business owner.
  8. https://spokane.craigslist.org/cto/d/coeur-alene-model-1926/7740081864.html Non running. Needs a lot of work. Thought I'd have time to fix it up, so I stored it for almost two decades. Realizing now, I will never have the time. email- 7560fa64d37b3d728687ecf622174cf9@sale.craigslist.org (After 20 years of storage, there should be some wiggle room in the asking price. Might just end up as a street rod with a lot of original parts for sale.)
  9. Putting $20k into this car might not be the worst investment in the world. Many of us can still save a buck or two by doing some parts of the restoration ourselves and not every shop in the country charges $100/hour for labor. You may not make a bundle, but your investment should at least keep up with inflation. 1957 OLDSMOBILE 88 4-Door Holiday Hardtop Source 5: Low 4: Mid-low 3: Avg 2: Mid-high 1: High OCRPG $4,800 $8,000 $18,000 $28,000 $40,000
  10. Here's a few available on ebay...there are many more.
  11. I doubt the blue/gray interior was a n option in '48. I also think this Chevy would look better without two-tone exterior and painted in a darker color that would complement the wood trim.
  12. Sorry, seller, when you get the title papers all sorted out, and adjust the asking price down to under what a rough but assembled car might sell for, there might be some buyer interest. Source 5: Low 4: Mid-low 3: Avg 2: Mid-high 1: High OCRPG $24,600 $41,000 $92,250 $143,500 $205,000
  13. Looks like a great neighborhood. I wonder if the seller keeps his collection of cars on the street all the time.
  14. Is that the original owner in the back seat of your Buick?

  18. DETROIT (Reuters) -General Motors in 2025 will move its headquarters deeper into downtown Detroit, the U.S. automaker said on Monday, after spending more than 20 years in its riverfront home at the Renaissance Center. GM will place its global headquarters a few blocks away from the so-called RenCen, in a sleek new high-rise building called Hudson's, which will be the second-tallest skyscraper in Detroit. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/money/topstories/gm-moving-to-new-detroit-headquarters-in-2025/ar-BB1lFUil
  19. I prefer the old fashioned way..
  20. I had a '69 Coupe de Ville hardtop in the mid '70's similar to the one pictured below except with a vinyl top. The interior was a matching ostrich leather patterned vinyl, unusual even back then.
