  1. Mine was under the dash, above the steering column. However, the most common narrative is that Buick did their best to make sure that miscellaneous “trash” like the build sheet was removed from the cars representing their high-end model, in a new model year.
  2. I know there were build sheets in ‘64, I’m not sure about the prior years.
  3. Here is a photo of the only other full build sheet I have seen for a 65: I have also seen one partial one before:
  4. The decoding info I have shows that “9” is the standard wheel covers, “X” is for chrome wheels. I don’t have any notes about “7”.
  5. Another one just got listed: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1965-buick-riviera-57/
  6. I’ll try to find my photo of the other ones.
  7. Other than the one shown in this auction, I’ve only ever seen one other full 65 Riv build sheet (besides the one for my car). I saved the photo of the one in the auction, so I could study it. FYI, I actually made working keys from my build sheet..not sure they should be posting the key codes.
  8. Where can we go to learn about what is right and what is wrong with this car. I would love to gain your insight!!!!
  9. 1965 GS with build sheet and protect-o-plate https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1965-buick-riviera-57/
  10. 1965 Riviera https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1965-buick-riviera-59/
  11. 1965 Riviera https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1965-buick-riviera-56/
  12. I think the car in question had a protect-o-plate. Buildsheets help too.
  13. Love it! Hope the next one sells for half a million.
