Maybe you can repair it by laying some solder over the loose or broken copper, and reconnecting it to to "contact points."

My neighbor had a Barris Merc. His widow sold it after he passed without me even knowing it. https://www.hagerty.com/media/video/how-barris-kustoms-built-the-hirohata-mercury-in-only-14-days/

Let Hagerty clean up your truck for you and use it to haul this around when they get it back into shape. You can get some publicity, then hopefully sell it for more. -

Dustin Hoffman refused to appear in Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." I think I know why. -

That makes a big difference this one was acquired by Dustin Hoffman when the film wrapped. Restored by Larry Payne, Glendora, California, and shown at a 1989 Buick Car Club event, the RAIN MAN Buick has remained in Hoffman's ownership. In 34 years the car has rarely been seen publicly. -

Great movie. K-Mart is the only place to buy your underwear and Judge Wapner. -
The guy on the bike looks like the character on Do The Right Thing, the guy called "Buggin’ Out."

I figured this was referring too Fred Mertz of the I Love Lucy show. I know he passed a little while ago but maybe his auto collection was only being released now.

No one even knows what an Airflow is unless they are an old car enthusiast. So I wonder why they even used the name? It does not evoke fond memories in the minds of typical new car purchasers. Maybe it just has a nice sound? Sounds aerodynamic? But for those who know the original Airflow and appreciate it, the use of the name for this new creation is more like a desecration. "Desecration is the act of depriving something of its sacred character, or the disrespectful, contemptuous, or destructive treatment of that which is held to be sacred ..."
