Here are some other things to keep in mind when you’re making Second Chance Offers: If you’re making an offer because the winning bidder didn’t pay, you must cancel the original transaction before you can start the Second Chance Offer How to make a Second Chance Offer It’s easy to make a Second Chance Offer. Here’s how: Find your listing in either My eBay Selling Activity or Seller Hub. Select Second Chance Offer from More actions and then Continue. Select the quantity of items you have to sell, the duration of the offer, and the bidders you want to send offers to. Then select Continue. We’ll send the bidders you selected an email; it’s their choice whether to accept the offer. Your offer expires if the bidder doesn’t respond within the duration you chose. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142 -

It was shown at this car show. maybe you can look it up that way. Contact this organization, someone probably knows the owner. Minnesota Street Rod Association (MSRA) “BACK TO THE 50′s” 44th Annual Car Show June 23-25, 2017 Minnesota State Fairgrounds St. Paul Minnesota -
Seems silly doesn't it? They cannot be imported because they are not "up to standard" and are some sort of danger. But at 25 years they are suddenly Okay.

Maybe that is really condensate? I know when I start my "modern" vehicle in the cold morning air to go to work there is like steam coming out. The morning air is cold and damp and sometimes foggy. And the exhaust output is very different looking than if it were the hot dry afternoon air.

It's not this one, or is it? -
Making a claim could have negative consequences, like they raise your rates. Not telling you what to do, but if were me I would probably try to avoid making a claim.

Chrome refinishing - what to ask
mike6024 replied to MotiveLensPhoto's topic in Our Cars & Restoration Projects
I think getting a good base copper plate layer is most important so the chrome doesn't peel. I think the copper layer should be thicker. You want to do it better than was done originally. I've seen newly redone chrome peel in short order, really disappointing, and I would think it was a cheap job, maybe they didn't even use a copper plate base layer? -
That Mercedes is at Keller Winery? That's in my back yard, drove by it many times, never knew there was a car collection there.
