Thanks for the tips absolut the Dodge Story. I bought it 😀. I have a Dodge DR two doors sedan from 1934. My plan is to restore the car as it came from the factory. I believe it’s a DR and not a DRXX but I am not sure.

Hi, I understood that you identified the car as a DRXX. I assume you might know what's the difference are bwtween DR and DRXX. The only documentation in this topic I found so far is this, https://www.hemmings.com/stories/article/1934-dodge-drxx-dr-and-ds not sure it's correct. I have looked in to the part catalog as well but still have a hard time figuring out how you know what's what. I know the engine size are different but what else?

I am trying to find some one that could provide me with running boards to my Dodge 1934 DR. I have found Ram restoration, https://www.ramreproductions.com/ They have a complete set with both the metal part as well as the rubber part. Anyone having experiance from their running boards? Anyone knowing some alternatives?

Anyone having a photo of front brackets for a Dodge 1934? Need to build a pair.

It's quite east tasks. There are some bolts, cables, wires and glow box that you have to release and then the dashboard will be loose.

It would be very helpful if someone knows where I can find a wire diagram for a Dodge 1934 DR.

What size are you looking for? Wire rims or ?

Hi, Anyone knowing the difference between car frame from Dodge 1935 v.s Dodge 1936. I have a Dodge -36 coupe. I plan to buy a Dodge frame from -35. Will it fit? I know that font cross member in the front is different but otherwise? Regards, Magnus

Maybe you already solved this. If not it should be driven out by hand. Alternatively you take the not out on the other side if you have done that. Somet time the pin screw comes out at the same time.

I am looking for some parts to my Dodge. Front and rear bumper Bumper guards and bolts Tail Light for passenger side, driver side might be interesting as well Ram ornament Chromed grill shell Horn trumpets

I believe there was a R10 transmission 1953 which was with overdrive. They did not use floor stick. I have one in my Dodge coupe from -36. It was just bolt in. Only issue was to transform it to floor stick. If you can find one I would recommend it. I never took out the engine.

Thanks, I know that the fabric isn’t correct. I believe it was done in the 70s based on the cars history. I haven’t been able to find any photos of the front seats. I believe it should be bucket seats in a 2-doors sedan, which is different compare to 4-doors sedans and coupes. I am not sure. I plan to redo the upholstey. Out of that what material and color was used at that time and what pattern, buttons etc was used.
