Hi Eric can you tell me what part of the floor that plate you bought from me fit? had a 1/2 round end and the bend fit the floor board bend. Thanks Steve

Ian The third picture came with parts from 33 plymouth coupe, sold the original pcs. and just made up some spares, I'll have to see , I know it has the same floor board bend as the rest of them so it is a block off for something...the guy who bought it knew. I should have ask ed him,,,oh well more research.....

I have also started making block off plates, all types if any one is looking I am doing these on the cheap exact copies, unpainted or primed up to customer I have as yet to determine costs but they will be cheap, they include block off for steering colmb, plate,( right or left hand drive ) under colmb blocking plate,( as pictured here, as well as e- brake block off plates, along with other needs. let me know if anyone needs . I also do wood working as in roof frames, Have patterns for both 33 plymouth 2 door as well as 34 Dodge 4 door again they will be cheap in price but not quality, Thanks

Hi Ian This may be the piece you are missing, fits under the columb and has area for brake and clutch pedal shafts and 2 screw holes that secure to firewall, notice small indent on both sides fits floor board..

Thanks for that info. as I have had many debates with others about the "dum-dum" being the original used,"" why would they use something that looked so awful on a brand new car?? and why would you use it today??, when I torn down my 36 it still had the 2 piece seal on it,and you are correct 1 was flat, the other was a wedge,once hammered in it could not back out , I decided I could make it in one piece and it would not only work well but it looked good too, I sold alot of my seal to street rodders as well as original restorers, never had any complaints on look, fit or leaks,, it also came in a shorter length for coupes.... forgot to mention there was a guy in Conn. or Rhode island making the insert for coupe's, last time I talk to him was over 8 years ago though, he bought a 36 radiator off me.......

I am the guy who use to make the roof seals, sold out my last one last year and have not done another run sence , if I come across a photo of what they looked like I will post here...also have 36 dodge hood hinges, sets) Steve
