  5. I am selling my 1961 International Harvester Scout model 80. The line set ticket says prototype. Early tailgate with the IH logo, the later ones said International. The windshield folds down like a jeep, the 1/2 cab top is removable. The windows slide open or they can be removed. And the doors can be removed for off-road adventure. I am the 2nd owner. This has zero rust. 27,ooo original miles. The hubcaps are from a 1965 IH pickup. It has one option, the heater / defroster. It is powered by the venerable 152 cu. in slant 4 engine. It has a 3 speed transmission. Cute as they come. ask $7250. 773-490-9747.

  16. These White truck transmissions are readily available. That price is about 8x too much... Post a want ad in 'Wheels of Time' magazine or 'Double Clutch' Magazine.

  18. drain the oil. Place the engine on a pallet, band it down securely. Build a secure plywood box over it. Deliver it to a Yellow Freight terminal. They do a nice timely job.
  19. With the cost of copper wire and the cost of material, the $1300 bid is a bargain. When you figure the cost of three legs of wire, ( two hots and a neutral), plus a ground wire running back to the main panel, that is a cheap price. There should be a ground run back to the main as part of the N.E.C.
  20. As a suggestion, place an ad in Vintage Truck magazine, yellow springs ohio. Or run an ad in 'Double Clutch' of the ATCA. Both magazines strictly cater to old trucks. With the good front fenders, headlights and radiator shell you should be able to get $500 or so.
  21. For Sale, A 1931 International Harvester, model AL-3. Very rare, only made for two years, 1930 & 1931. A total of 2723 were built over the two year period. Also has the original set of single wheels for the rear. missing the headlights and radiator badge. Wood in cab is solid, straight and secure. Windows roll up & down. Barn fresh, not running.
