Eric's.64.Superwildcat
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-Buick-Riviera/263668202493?hash=item3d63d97bfd:g:hmUAAOSwjXNa8J7b&vxp=mtr A friend of mine is looking at the '64 in the link above. I noticed it had an ROA sticker and I thought I would ask if anybody knew the car. It is at a dealer in Clarkston Michigan. Thanks.

60FlatTop
Familiar, it is an Ebay RNM car (Reserve Not Met). From the seller's completed listings he must specialize in them.
RivNut
If i would have seen that one at an ROA event i think i would have remembered it. Black exterior, black seats, but red carpeting?

lrlforfun
OK Riviera People: These flips ain't got the nerve to put their cars on the money the first second.....or even the third time outtta the chute.. They have to kick the horse about 183 times before they will admit it's dead. Remember at 5 grand everybody in the history of old cars is salivating. At his price? That's why we're having this conversation... Mitch
Seafoam65
In the video you can see that all the pot metal pieces on the car like the rear view mirrors are horribly pitted.
flh73
It's not a bad looking car with some good extra options, mirrors, remote vents, deluxe interior, horns, cruise. We've all put money into fixing up and even restoring cars. You 'll quickly have that much into it if you do a lot of the work on the car yourself. By the way Southern Motors is about 30min from me. I might have to take a quick trip and check this thing out. Don't need a second Riv but still be nice to see in person.
RivNut
The narrator mentioned a big no, no for a nailhead. He said that when the engine was overhauled, hardened valve seats were installed. OUCH! Why would an engine need to be overhauled at only 88,000 miles?
