'26 Franklin Sedan on BaT

Looks like its ready to drive and have fun. Just need to replumb the vacuuum fuel system and get rid of the electric pump.

And the rubber fuel line and plastic filter in the engine compartment!  That stuff is frightening....

I see a few things wrong with it, however, overall I really like it! I wish I had the bucks to bid even half what I figure it is worth. Never know? But, I cannot afford to try that. This one looks like a good candidate to tinker and enjoy. 

My dad had a Franklin that he wanted to restore when I was really little. The first in a long line of cars he never got to. His was I think about a 1931/'32, but I never knew for sure (he sold it when I was seven). However, I have wanted a Franklin ever since.
