Yes it is the smaller "Standard" Buick. The wire wheels make it a bit special, and add a fair amount to the value. I am not an expert on them, however these colors might actually be correct? The standard six Buick is no slouch! The larger Master series six is one of the fastest standard production cars of the mid to late 1920s, and although they are not quite as fast, the Standard six is faster than most common cars of that era. One couple in our AACA region have a 1927 Buick Model 24 roadster in that very color combination.
