Gearheadengineer
Sorry, only one (crappy) photo, but it’s enough to be intriguing. Convertible coupe? This was my father’s 1st car. It has been in my family for over 65 years and in my barn for the past 30 years. It is all original and all of the original parts are intact. The car needs a total restoration. In the hands of the right person. This car can be a unique and special. I will not respond to any silly questions. Serious inquiries only I’m not desperate to sell it. I just have come to the realization that I will never restore the car and would like it to go to someone that will appreciate it as much as my dad did https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/6552569141532613
58L-Y8
Interesting, desirable Packard: a 1939 120 Eight Model 1701 convertible coupe with side-mount spares...albeit wildly optimistically priced for its current condition.
cjmarzoli
What a dreamer. Good thing he's not in a rush. How many hundreds of years of inflation will it take for this car to be worth $45k?? Can't see it being worth more than 10k now in its current state.
Steve_Mack_CT
Price aside they are still out there. Agree, it is a 1701, or 120. Wonder how dry that parking place has been over the decades..
auburnseeker
Funny says the listing isn't available any more. Can't imagine it sold. Ironically that fairly new NY license plate looks atleast 40 years old.

Ironically that fairly new NY license plate looks atleast 40 years old. I can’t imagine it sold either. It was only listed for about 45 mins when I saw it and posted here. Maybe they decided to take the time and do a better ad, then repost?
