1955 Pontiac Chieftain, (ORIGINAL CONDITION). This car is rust free, The engine was overhauled in 1988 and repainted the same year. The paint is 2 tone Green, Dark Green on the top and light green on the bottom as close to the original colors as was possible in 1988. The Hydra-Matic Transmission was overhauled in August of 2022. TRADES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

This would be a great car if it had power steering. 

I've always liked these cars and was hoping to buy one for my first car. Ended up with a Corvair instead. 😬

The 4 spd automatic seemed like a good idea at the time and the cars looked better to me than any of the tri-fives and their 2 spd power-glides.

Looks like a car worth owning. Someone has attended to it's maintenance and good condition from what I can see. I really like the colors, too. Good price, I think.

I had a 57 Olds without power steering and it had much better driving characteristics than usual for the era.  You could actually feel what the front end was doing.  Yes, you needed to be moving when turning the wheel to park.  I wouldn't be scared off by this.
