That is a favorite color combination of mine but $30,000 is reserved for the best of the best 57 Buicks.  
 

I can’t believe sellers ask $30,000 and do not provide more critical information.  Adam should write all old car for sale ads for folks.

I owned an identical car when I lived in New Orleans, great road car.  Same color, even had matching floor mats with “Buick” script.

 

Price asked more than optimistic.  Love the color combo….

Wow!  Ad has been up awhile.  Unfortunately the market for this car is worse than it was 2 years ago and even $25k would have been optimistic then.

Do you mean that the overheated market is 

cooling off, or that 1950's cars are less popular

than they used to be, or...?

Maybe both of those are happening.

Both.  Most 50's cars have peaked, and the market for most has also cooled down dramatically from the Covid boom.  I regularly see cars for prices the old me would have jumped at a few years ago.  Almost nobody is authentically restoring them anymore except for the Impalas and some rare gems.
