Not mine…spectacular (potential) I suppose…if the drivetrain is “professionally rebuilt” it’s a valuable start

per owner:  “1937 PACKARD V12 Convertible Victoria 1507 model. Needs to have restoration completed. Professionally rebuilt engine and frame. Body wood replaced. New running boards. have all parts to complete. Body needs to be perfected all rot has been cut out and replaced with new steel. Rebuilt Briggs-Klagsworth vacuum brake and clutch assembly. New vacuum tank, new overflow tank and original overflow tank. Many extra parts. New exhaust system. New Brakes to be installed. Extra Radiator. New top bows. Have interior hardware. Re-chromed window surrounds. Have new window glass. Have a good interior for patterns and new front seat mechanism. Trunk rack and perfected trunk lid. Have near perfect 1937 Banjo steering wheel and horn button.”

Looking at the condition makes one wonder. Did the overly optimistic owner get hit with the $100k+ estimate to finish once it was taken apart? I can imagine this would be a wonderful car when finished but it looks like it needs someone with a bit of disposable income to take on this project.
