jframe
My Dad bought his 65 Riviera new from this dealer, and I have looked for six years to find one of these tag frames. Got lucky a week ago, and found this on ebay. Krajenke was one of the largest Buick dealers in the country, but their memorabilia is sure hard to find. Just thought the patina was perfect for the car too. 6

EmTee
I check Ebay occasionally as I'd like to find a vintage local Pontiac or original dealer frame for my GP. The problem is, the pot-metal frames from the '60s used to dissolve from road salt around here... There are lots of CA dealer frames available as CA plates stayed with the car from new. So, with that and the dry climate they were much more likely to survive.

ericisback
I found one for my car as well. It’s an original dealer frame from the dealer, in Chico, CA, who delivered my car to its first owner on May 24, 1965:
