TerryB
I don’t know of anyone making reproduction hoods and fenders for those cars.
3macboys
Steele Rubber Products would be a starting point for the seals. The flat glass, any automotive glass shop should be able to cut for you. Pictures are always welcomed here!

bryankazmer
The front clip will be the same as more common models. Use the correct year to avoid a frankenstein
Rusty_OToole
There should be an ID plate on the driver's door post and another on the firewall. Some good pics of those, and some pics of the car and we should be able to identify it. Plymouth, Dodge and Chrysler were among the most popular cars of the thirties and forties. It should not be difficult to find a correct replacement that fits right on. No need to adapt or make anything. They did make some big sedans and even limousine type cars with jump seats in the back. Yours is most likely one of the sedans, unless it has the extra seats in the back.
Rusty_OToole
From your description it sounds like whatever it is, is in very poor condition. As I said these cars are not rare and are not worth huge money. I would think twice about fixing up one that was in poor shape when you can buy a good one for less than it would cost to fix a klunker.

junkyardjeff
A local junkyard has a 40 Dodge with most of the front clip still there.
