1930's and 40's dodge parts - front clip wanted

hey guys first post here i recently purchased what i believe is a 1940 dodge 4 door sedan 7 seater limo type thing and im starting to look for parts wondering if a late 30's front clip will fit on a 1940's model also any recommendations on where to buy reproduction hood and fenders ? if there is such a place i used to 60's 70's muscle cars parts seem to be more readily available also looking for glass and seals

There should be an ID plate on the driver's door post and another on the firewall. Some good pics of those, and some pics of the car and we should be able to identify it.

 

Plymouth, Dodge and Chrysler were among the most popular cars of the thirties and forties. It should not be difficult to find a correct replacement that fits right on. No need to adapt or make anything.

 

 They did make some big sedans and even limousine type cars with jump seats in the back. Yours is most likely one of the sedans, unless it has the extra seats in the back.
