John Bloom
I am frequently surprised by what some signs have been bringing in the last couple of years but I would estimate somewhere in the 500-1,000 dollar range.
Walt G
depends upon how carefully it can be cleaned to see most of what it is advertising. One side may work out well the other side that is covered by some black ? may clean up if the black is an over paint and can be removed to reveal what is underneath No bad rust but it needs a lot of attention for display

TerryB
That will make it somewhat more difficult to clean up as the sign’s original paint needs to be preserved. A while back I was able to do a decent clean up on an old porcelain sign using water and very mild abrasives. One thing I have found works well is a cleaner called Scratch Out in a yellow plastic bottle. I buy it at my local ACE hardware. This is a type of ultra fine rubbing compound that seems to gradually remove extraneous crud without hurting the base paint too much. As always, a gentle touch and lots of patience is needed.
