John, You get some great old photos. I was curious where this was taken, and found it in Lexington KY, street markers are still there.

Here you go.  Not cheap, but well done.   Last set I priced was around 10k.

Use a pizza disk………I have actually seen it done. Turned out fairly well.

That was my thought or something else from a restaurant supply store.   No sense in starting from scratch.

They own what was formerly Lmarr Disk LTD. 

 

And, 10K is not outragious - I paid probably $1,250.00 each for last set of 6 some 10+ years ago.
