Nice looking car, although there appears to be several errors in the listing.

Well, the listing does have it as a V8. It may have not originally had side mounts as it has a trunk mounted spare. The rough ID plate on the firewall looks to be from another car as these were riveted on not with pan head sheet metal screws.

On the other hand, it is possible that the person who refurbished/restored the car added the shelf and hold-down and spare wheel and tire to the trunk to use as a functional spare, rather than risk scarring the sidemount covers and front fenders when a flat happens.  I know of several cars of other marques where this has been done for that reason by owners who actually tour a good deal.  Not a big deal if I were interested, but the ID plate is a concern of mine.

And no division glass means it's a sedan, not a limo.

It looks to me like it is a Model 81, Roadmaster 4-Door Sedan - Trunk Back,  6-Passenger, which is not technically a Limo, but many people might describe it as a Limo. It certainly does look nicely done. The large series Sedans have not been bringing as much money as they used to lately, but that one looks like a fair price for a good car to me.

I am not a fan of the electric fuel pump being added inside the engine comparment or the rubber fuel line, but the rest of the restoration work appears to be well done based on the photos.
