I thought the slanted windshield started in 1922.

I have looked at literally thousands of era photos of model T Fords.

Although rarely restored that way today, the combination of electrics option (starter, generator, and battery) along with the cheaper non-demountable wheels, was very popular. I have probàbly seen a hundred era photos of Ts so equipped.

Apparently, the daily aggravation of cranking the motor was more of an issue than was the occasional need to repair a tire along the roadside.
