The 55er
An uncommon color does not necessarily mean it's a desirable one. No lowballers please!

B Jake Moran
Right. We have seen about the same Imperial projects over the last 2 months for $10,000 or more. Not that they sell, but here we finally have a reasonable project price. It should sell fast. THAT should be a non running project car sellers motive. 4
avgwarhawk
$1500? If all the parts are there this is a steal.

Gearheadengineer
I contacted the seller but no response yet. I hope someone else buys it before I can look at it. 😳 1

Somewhere there's a 1961 Imperial convertible in this color, Malibu tan. When I bought my '61 convertible years ago, the seller had THREE of them. The one I purchased was "Coronado Cream," a light yellow-cream; another I saw was Capri blue, a medium metallic blue; and the Malibu tan he was going to keep at the time. I'm sure it was sold at some time later. 1

I contacted the seller a couple of times but never heard back. Somebody must have beat me to it. Which is actually a good thing.
