1935 Pierce Arrow-not mine

Purchased on eBay for 40K. Original ask of 95K. Now asking 125K.  Wow, the market must be doing really well for this to appreciate so much.

It's always good for us to remember that asking prices

don't define a market.  They can be wrong;  they can be

ludicrous.  Documented selling prices are what count!

It was at Hershey but I didn't take a good look.  As someone that has never owned a PA but has friends who are "experts" 😉 my guess is that it was an open rear quarter car that got filled in with the roof.  I say that just because it doesn't quite look right.  But just a guess.

 

The Landau bars are unfortunate.

It's a nice car......but with a story that would make one cringe.........as to value? Let the market decide.
