paulrhd29nz
Very unusual mount. It’s not for a front windscreen of a car I would say. Boat possibly, or a rear mounted for a rumble seat possibly.
sagefinds
It might be one you could buy for a C-cab truck that didn't come out with one at all.
1912Staver
Very high quality hardware. Most trucks were a lot more basic and rarely fold down. I have looked at many period photo's of early trucks when researching my 1918 Packard 2 ton. But I can't say I have ever seen hardware this elaborate. Boat sounds more likely.
3makes
Typical of an early accessory outlet house windshield. I've seen others, but not this particular one. I'm interested if for sale. Size and location would be helpful. Edited May 18, 2021 by 3makes Additional information requested (see edit history)
Robert laroo
Its 42×32 with the mounting brackets extending another 10" down but with them removed and the wind folded down it should get the shipping down. What's the value? Is it worth to ship from 05906 area code. Edited May 18, 2021 by Robert laroo (see edit history)

sagefinds
Boat windshields are generally well anchored, often V-shaped and slanted back so if a wave breaks over the bow, they survive. With this windshield it would be one and done, glass and splinters all over the boat.
