nzcarnerd
This big S-D visited New Zealand for our Vintage Car Club's 50th Anniversary Rally in 1996. I can't recall its details. Does anyone know the car? What year is it and what is its engine displacement.
edinmass
Looks like a 1910 and possibly a Y but may be an X. I grew up near Chicopee Massachusetts and would see them often in the early 70’s. With the unconventional flywheel and clutch in front of the engine..........it seems today many of the collectors are afraid to drive them. I saw a Y running about 20 years ago around Springfield Massachusetts near the Rolls Royce plant......I’m sure they were visiting the Indian Motorcycle Museum at the time. Fantastic cars........ Bob McAnlis
This Stevens is a 1911 Model AA Torpedo. It lived here in Northeast Ohio for many years with two collectors. It was 4.25 x 4.75 bore and stroke for 404 cid. 128 inch wheel base, three speed progressive shift. $3750 USD in 1911 not including windshield.
