Quite the odd paint job on this one. Some how I can smell the mold from in TX. Looks like it has sat out very more then a few years under a bad tarp ?

Smells the same way from here in SD. Funny the way those smells and sounds come back to a guy. Not always pleasant either.

With the year-round humidity up here in the Great Northwest you can get those memorable smells even if a car's in a garage.

I grew up in the Portland area and don't recall rust being an issue unless you live near the coast. Worked in a body shop back in the late 60's and can only remember working on one vehicle that was rusty.

I have found that doors and quarters will rust from the inside because of moisture being trapped in the dirt that accumulates from dirt roads.

Then there`s the guy that parks under the trees. That's a whole nuther case of neglect.

The rust at the coast can be a problem as well.

I have a friend that lives under the trees and about 6 miles inland and his stuff is well neglected. What the trees and air don't get the berry vines do.
