jackofalltrades70 Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 Took a lovely train ride today with my family from the Steamtown Historical Park in Scranton,Pa to Cresco,Pa. Today was my wifes birthday and was what she had wanted to do. The cars were pulled by two big diesel electric locomotives. Trip was 1.5 hours to and from the destination with an hour to burn at Cresco station. There was a small car show at the car station. A nice day trip that I would recommend to anyone close or that would want to make plans. Schedules are on the Steamtown website. They have a great museum there also.
