Dating a Fort Collins, CO Postcard

Hello...I'm a Colorado historian trying to date two images. The only real clues are the automobiles. The post is about the Armstrong Hotel in Fort Collins, CO.  I guessing that this photograph was taken in the 1960s. I'm hoping someone can use the automobiles to tighten the date of the photograph for me. I've attached a full scan of the postcard.

Thanks for your help.

Wow, my eyes have trouble focusing on this grainy photo, but I thought the Olds was a 1961 (with rear fins at bottom), the Pontiac Tempest a 61, and the Falcon a 62. But again, I am not an expert on any of these cars. Just what I thought...

Between the Falcon and the white Ford truck I see a white car whose tail light reminds me of a 1966 Chevelle. But I can't see it clearly at all.

My breakdown left to right is '57 ford red car behind it a '55Buick, '61 Olds convt, '61 Pontiac, '64 chevy truck,'56 dodge(center),red Falcon '61-62, '57 pontiac and a '61-62 Ford pickup. The oldest this picture could be IMO is '64 based on the Chevy pickup.

Or late 1963 if that Chevy truck was bought early.
