What does this honeycomb radiator belong to?

My McCord book doesn't show a number like the stamp.  Could be a date stamp as was suggested. With dimensions I might be able to match it up.  By the way it has a cellular core, not honeycomb.  Honeycomb are six sided.

According to my book it is " A most popular type of cellular core with straight free flow water channels permitting rodding of the core.  Has low resistance to air flow, yet because of its design has high air turbulency for efficiency.  This design has a flat surface contact between water passages instead of a knife-edge contact as commonly used which aids in carrying away the heat.  A double lock seam on both ends adds strength."

The only close listing in my McCord guide (1948 edition) with these dimensions is a R-785 which is for a GMC  (no years mentioned).  Dimensions in the book are 3 7/16 x 27 x 21 7/8
