RansomEli
My 1922 Franklin steering column is missing almost half of the wooden steering wheel. Has anyone build their own steering wheel, or should I just get someone to manufacture one?Any recommendations on who could do this for me?Thanks. CHAD THOMAS
Do you have pictures of what it should be? I have two complete columns with wheels from large cars with wood steering wheels. Wheels are in very good shape and may work for you.

hook
Just some information and a source. I bought a wheel rim from a guy on Ebay that said he would make any size wheel I wanted and was very happy with his product. He will give you a quote on the size you want in either finished or just raw wood. He has a listing on Ebay now so you can get in touch with him. Just go to Ebay and type in number 231080841544 and you get to a site that has one of his for sale and go from there. It's worth a look.Bill
