Ronnie
If it is one of the Red ones like I have it is plastic. Nice model with lots of detail. I bought mine about three years ago and don't remember what I paid exactly but it was not alot.
DAVES89
I looked at ebay and saw what you were looking at and it is the plastic one. If it was the die cast one it would come on in the $100's of $ The plastic ones come up every so often and don't sell for much like Ronnie says... Rawja
They're usually between 20-30 dollars. Lovely as they are they were made as dealer give-aways and are of inexpensive construction.
Barney Eaton
They were originally given away by dealers or sold at a low cost. They are all red plastic with pretty good detail in the molding but no extra work was done to detail the interior. With a little extra effort you can repaint them any color and make them really unique. Fortunately they are fairly plentiful. A contact in Royal Oak MI told me several years ago they were storing many pallets of them for Buick. Buick wanted to cut the storage cost and told them to despose of them. They were not crushed but sold to wholesale people, so there are probably thousands out there somewhere. At national BCA meets, they usually go for $10 - $
