jbbuick22
YNZ in CA also has harnesses. I am installing a complete harness in a 48 Roadmaster and and it has been an easy installation, wire id and instructions very good. ynzyesterdaysparts.com JB22-6-55 Sport Touring
Guest outlaw car man
I just recently completely rewired a 1933 Buick 90 with a complete set from Harnesses Unlimited, fit perfectly and good support. You can look them up online.
1939_Buick
As post 3 above if its an Aust Holden built 1939, as I expect, the wiring is different.Aussie 39's have a Bosch electric wiper as standard among other difference. Left hand drive vs right drive also means a few differences.Vintage Wiring Harness, as in post 3 above, made a RHD Fisher loom for me some years ago. The grang, grang, grang, grang of that bloody wiper motor. My 8/40 Special Holden bodies also had courtesy light switches inside the hinges of the passenger side doors. Something that doesn't show up on the wiring diagrams. Did Fischer bodied 8/40 Specials have courtesy lights come on when the doors were opened ?? I see by the wiring diagrams that some of the larger series did.Danny
Glassesguy
Danny: No switches on door pillars for the courtesy/dome light in my 39 Special. Dome light activated by a sliding switch on right side door pillar inside the car.
