nearchoclatetown
I'm just guessing, but it looks like a Worthington tractor. I think they used Studabaker engines.
dwollam
grille and hood look like 42-47 Dodge truck.
440man
I am almost sure now that it is a worthington built tractor that was producted in Pa. I am going to research it a little more. Thanks for the great help
Manuel
One of the pics on picasaweb looked out of focus. But I am with Dave Wollam. It does look like a 42-7 Dodge truck bonnet and grill. From what I can see it looks like a Dodge engine as well. If it is the engine no should be on the dizzy/oil filler side of the block, in front just under the head on a slightly raised surface.HTHManuel in Oz
440man
yes it is a dodge motor the 4 speed trans is dodge and the rear looks like a 8 3/4 I was told worthington used the 40's dodge truck to build their tractor for reel mowers. I don't know if it is worth anything but I am a dodge nut and will restore it because it is a dodge.
