I would not put such a large tire on a 135. The only reason it works well on the 163, is the larger fenders. I think they would look too big on your car.

I've had 7.00-19 Firestones on my '32 for quite some time now. I really like the way the larger tires look. I don't have side mounts, and so don't have to worry about them fitting in the wells. The car had Custom Classics prior, and they were terrible tires. They look great, but they follow ruts in the road, and generally handle poorly. They also cupped very early and were noisy, worn bald in under 10k miles.

Summit Racing now sells Coker Tires, and offers free shipping. I just got a set of Firestones for my Olympic.

Yes Mike. I have all of those items. Known missing: fuel tank and apron, front bumper. $4200 i also have tons of parts for sale or trade.

I own a complete and mostly original and correct 1932 Franklin. I can photograph anything on my car that you'd like to see.

A vacuum tank is a very simple device. The upper chamber has a float and a snap valve. Either your float is stuck, the valve is leaking, or the rebuilder used springs that are too strong. Take off the top, and take a look.

I just bought a brand new enclosed trailer. I would like to paint the floor and interior walls. What is a good paint to use that will not lift under the tires? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Jeff usually prefers to communicate by telephone. I just assembled my 1932 engine with his gaskets, and they are by far better than anything else available.
