WOW ! I just saw this post. C markland Kelly Jr was the son of the owner of Kelly Buick Sales in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland . The foundation that owned the wagon and a 55 Black Roadmaster Conv for years was the C Markland Kelly foundation started by the father when Jr.( being a pilot ) was shot down and lost at sea. 67 thru 69 GS 400 engine is the same as the 67 thru 69 430 and 70 up 455 engine. Pretty sure 4 + 1 for the filter. anyone else ?????????????????

There are different air cleaners between small series and big series. 39, 40 big series do not have oil bath What year and series in question ?

Hats off to you and Lisa for driving that great Buick and a wonderful story. We had planned on driving our 90 Reatta Conv, but when I couldn't get the air cond fixed , we drove the newer car. I feel like a WIMP when I hear you story! Alway great to see a real pioneer BUICK ! Bill

The gas line at the fuel pump on the tank side , put pressure in that line to the tank. The screen at the tank ( or boot) sometimes get clogged and if thats the problem, the tank needs to be cleaned. Good luck Bill

I have 2 NOS 71 GSX grille emblems, new GM $300 for the one pictured on V8 buick, and $175 for the other that has sscratches, both new GM . Repo,s are $50 to $60 , but they are not NOS gm ! Shp and ins is $22 US only Bill

Its a Special, The Century air filter is completely different and won't fit the smaller engine.

Hats off to everyone involved in the prep, organization and what ever else it takes to put on a National meet . The air conditioning gave out on the Reatta last Monday so with the temps forcast to reach 100, we decided to bring a modern car. Anyway had a GREAT time. Bill & Phyllis Lagna
