  1. What other Light Six pieces are you looking for? George Rohrbach
  2. I have the remains of a '24 Light Six Touring. It has some more pieces missing since this photo was taken. Located in PA. georgr@ptd.net
  3. I believe that the internal distribution plates are the same for a lot of years. Here is a pic. George Rohrbach
  4. I have used George Martin to make up cables for my '38 and '35. He has all the specs and will make you up new ones. On my '35 I had actually found a pair of NOS after I had already bought some from him. I used his, as they were better! As he can do stainless cables. George Martin in Lebanon, PA. 5. I will be in spaces CCN18/19 again this year with my LED tail light bulbs. This is sort of Antique Studebaker Row as we have about 14 spaces!
  6. Looking for 2 BXOV-26 Strombergs or the small springs that go on the shaft with the cams. Thanks
  7. Here is a pic of a '35 NOS Emblem. The outside of the tire is a light blue gray. The Studebaker script is cream. Spokes are red with black between them. This pic is a pretty accurate reproduction of the colors.Hope this helps.
  8. Chuck, ALthough I can't help you with the items themselves, I did take a pic of the spare wheel hold down mechanism on my '38. Hope it helps.
  9. I have not made the 12 volt positive ground bulbs, just the 6 volt positive and negative ground ones. However, I have had a few requests for 12 Volt +. IF I had 12 volt positive ground LEDs made, would you buy the 32 bulb version? Would anyone else be interested? If there is enough interest I will have them available. LED 6 volt replacement bulbs for antique automobiles and classic cars
  10. Thanks! I ordered a copy of that issue from their site.
  11. I do have some of old Skinned Knuckles magazines here. If you can let me know what issue, I'll look to see if I might have it. If I don't it would be great if you could copy and send it to me (it might be better quality than a fax). Thanks,
  12. I really could use some more information on these, as this is what mine looks like inside! Thanks,
  13. Does anyone have a manual that I would guess came with the Gabriel Snubbers? I have them on my '22 Studebaker and would like to know how they were supposed to be adjusted. Thanks.
  14. I think that I have found out the name. They are called Torque Washers.
  15. Does anyone know the correct name of the reinforcing washer that sometimes is used to keep the head of a carriage bolt from turning? The one that I am thinking of has a square hole in the center (to hold the head), and 4 small holes for nails.

  17. I have had two sets of headlight reflectors done with Uvira. I have been happy with both. One other thing that I have done is instead of using Halogens, I switched from using the normal single filament to a dual filament bulb. The single terminal in the socket touches both filaments on the bulb, so both filaments come on at the same time. In this case it is an early '20's car, and a mid '30's bulb. Now on my '22 Studebaker the head lights are brighter than on my wife's 2002 Oldsmobile on high beam!
  18. I now have a new style 6 volt Led direct auto replacement bulb available. Just plug them into your socket instead of the old incandesant bulb. These bulbs are available in 6 Volt Positive or Negative Ground and with index and non index pins. Brighter lights, decreased current flow, instant on, no heat! I designed these for my Prewar Studebakers to make them more safe when driving. These bulbs have 18 individual leds pointing back, and 14 in a radial direction. 6 Volt LED Light Bulbs
  19. have used GEORGE MARTIN 717 273-9502. He makes them up from scratch. He advertises brake Cables 20's - 80's.He also does Power Steering Hoses.
  20. If you still have the Snubber shocks, I would like to see a pic.I need some but would have to see if they are the same as I need. Thanks
  21. The Big Hershey Swap Meet is October 5 - 8. This year we have added another vendor to Antique Studebaker Row, Chocolate Field CCN 18 - 31. Look for the Antique Studebaker Club Tent. I will have 3 different styles of 6 Volt Positive Ground LED bulbs. If there are any Prewar parts that you would like me to bring, contact me soon, as I am not going to bring my big truck. The only parts that I will be bringing are those that people have asked for.
