  1. I sent PeterJohn72 PM messages the day he listed parting out. For the steering wheel assy, dash cluster, and glovebox door & clock, he said he had some Life Issues and he is calculating my ship costs. Just putting that out there guys.
  2. You may be correct with meds and age catching up I know my 29 ply u roadster interchanged several parts that being said it seemed that the 29 chrysler 65 only front fenders and other front parts were same as my roadster PLY U Roadster
  3. The headlight bars was used on Plymouth and I think 1929 Chrysler 65 also a desoto too, in my headlight book Mopar had both options for painted bucket and chrome my 1929 U is chrome my 32 PB chrome but the sedan is black bucket I think this could be 1929-1930 Plymouth U and model U also 1928-29 Desoto and a few others Just my two cents 👍
  4. Generally the T handles were used on many Roadsters and Touring phaetons, not all but many what you have pictured is not a replacement, it is a 1925-1927 GM regular sedan exterior door handle the escutcheon looks a little different as most were pot metal but a few cars used very similar handles, but the shaft length, notched or straight or threaded at end and the escutcheon was sometimes different like mount hole dimensions oval, convex,Flat , curved etc., Good luck! Just my opine after doing handles since early 70’s as a young man with Dad and presently own over 45k oem handles.
  5. Its only the monies ebay collected if there is a refund on something later you have to show proof of the refund and then deduct that off your total sales It took me a lot of time to calculate it all. When I sell an item I print the order details and when it ships I cut off ship label reciept off the label staple them together and then file till tax season, there are ways you can print all your transactions but they do it in a big list like excel I hate it so I have my full items printed then it goes in box for that tax year, its a pain but that’s how I do it, without getting into politics there coming for every dime so you better have proof of all sales and any expenses I save them, If you Incur expense in the self employed world its a deductible if you do not incur it or have evidence associated with your sales or Business then its not. Again this is my case only, I only say what I do and my situation. You have to figure it all out or seek professional tax advice.
  6. The 1099K ebay sends, in box one has all monies sales, shipping paid to you and all fees and any other fees Its one big total you have to report it as they did to IRS and then peel off the fees and expenses and shipping charges. I give no tax advice, this is what I do on my own it’s incumbent of you to do your own thing or to seek professional advice. Cheers
  7. I have been self employed since 2009 and have kept meticulous records every year, every year I purchase Turbo Tax Home and Business and we figure all costs and expense receipts and every year no matter how well we keep track and total out numbers, the 1099K is Higher usually by a grand, I got tired of calling ebay and paypal. At least paypal is out since ebay has all internal payment center they got closer. so I as PKhammer states use the the 1099k and then in my business expenses have all receipts and postal receipts to show actual logged mileage to and from post or UPS and start the world of expense deductions such as Ship boxes, bubble wrap, tape, ink, Internet, hotels , we pay PA sales tax also for Hershey sales but we deduct hershey spaces, advertising, porta potty, Once after all the headache is done I call Turbo tax and get Tax expert advice on any questions or areas of concern. Then I run the federal review and check for errors with Turbo Tax after all that I am done and right before that process is done, you have the opportunity to purchase Audit defense for like 59.00 and if you are flagged or audited they will do all correspondence with IRS and now I have done it every year and they will cover all 7 years back. Its worth the non stress to me. If anyone has ever been audited the IRS never apologizes if there wrong they just stop bugging you, so the Audit defense is worth it for me and my wife. This is what we do and we pride ourselves on good record keeping and thats all we can do is try our best and only show Incurred charges and Incurred expenses. In no way are we telling anyone what to do with there own taxes or giving anyone tax advice, its just informing our members what we personally do after many years of the dreaded 1099K over 20k or more then 600 Transactions, well now they issue that with a much lower threshold, but we are familiar with it now after many years. It seems that Uncle Sam wants all people to apply the 1099k with minimal sales. Good luck my Friends in your endeavors of the world of your taxes. see you all at Hershey 2023
  8. What’s interesting is that it is a two pull ident switch not a rotary like many heat fan switches are. Thanks
  9. Thanks Terry! We Just need a car that used it, unless you think its a aftermarket item? Cheers
  10. Hey Guys, Any Idea's on the Application of this headlight switch ?? fan switch ?? Year & Make ? as always any help is muchly appreciated.
  11. In answer to your ridiculous way to spin it? We have ten spots we park my Truck and Trailer and my brothers on the back of all Ten spots, and all parts are laid out in the front so all can see there are many parts for sale so hopefully they will turn down our isle and shop. Once about 8-8500 lbs of parts are unloaded from mine and equal from brothers trailer, then our wifes have to convert trailers to be able to camp in there each night. If we did your idea then four truck and trailers would block people from seeing all the parts for sale and may go to next row. My truck is 22’ plus trailer 20’ plus the Y frame same as. Brothers so 30’ deep will not do a truck and trailer we do not leave field whole show. I am done with this discussion. Cheers
  12. Here is a Photo of all Ten spaces of Last Years Show. Cheers
  13. Yes all Ten spots have parts on them ask many of the guys on here
  14. Again for the life member I am since early sixties. Father passed in 2012 he did selling 52 years straight. My brother and I buy 10 spots every year for parts selling, I have friends that need more then three to get truck and trailer in and they have hard times getting spots of more then 4 together, so while you and every Tom Dick and Harry eat up parking, your Inadvertently killing the greatest event of the Antique Car world of Preservation. Its bad enough each year Herco is pinching off some of Red field and disrupting guys that have had those spaces for years. The rules are there for a reason. all I can say is its a flea market not a parking spot for friends if they really are looking for parts they will park outside shuttle in , get a scooter if handicapped. Keep taking up the spots for sellers and its over. I have lots and lots of Foreign Buyers also that come every year and it cost some 4k and up before they step on the grounds. Airfare, Hotels,Rental cars. I seriously do not think they want to see your friends cars eating up potential parts vendor spots. Rules say if you have a space you must have merchandise on it to sell Period. As Forrest Gump says: That’s all I have to say about that. Happy New Year! See you in October Hershey Region, Just mailed in my money and registration for 2023.
  15. The left latch, I thought was around 1949-54 ish Hudsons I thought I had a photo I saw of the one on left on a convertible of that era car. Just my guess. Good luck
  16. That is what I thought, great job on the Photo's. I am sure Sagefinds will appreciate your efforts and John's and I know the other handle is a Desoto cause my dad had one before he passed.
  17. Great but the T handle was also used for the rear left & right quarter windows on the 4 door, so the gentleman needs to provide measurements with your coupe to verify its the small rear window regulator or the side rear quarter windows of the 4 door sedan. Good Job clearing that up, that the rear window coupe had the crank down handle as well, Thanks
  18. The quarter handle is 1929-1930 plymouth is the 4 door sedan rear small quarter window’s on left & Right sides I am pretty sure Plymouth did not use a T handle for the rear coupe window till late 31-32 ???? The other one at least the handle is Desoto 1929-1930 both regulators are my opine only. John could be correct, I have a Rumble Roadster 29 so I would not have that in my plymouth with ragtop. Good Luck
  19. Thats great! Ask him why the T is there after the PE ! We had Four PE’s and Jim Benjaminson comes in the tech world after my father in the Plymouth Club World. I am a life member in my Sixties and last I knew open forum means open forum It was a honest Critique! Good luck with the Sale Newbie.
