I am bringing two front fenders from a 1937 plymouth 4dr sedan parts car, those part numbers were 666802 and 666803 you would need to find out if they fit the truck or not if so I will be at chocolate field in Hershey

there called convex escutcheons and you are right one side is thinner than the other but from a far they look flat

send me pictures of exactly what you need with measurements I might have them the dh handle is different then the da I believe thats why I need shaft length from escutcheon flat to end of shaft and also escutcheon center hole to center hole ie like 1 3/4 or 1 7/16 or 1 1/2 inches then if the escutcheon is flat curved or oval or convex they made thousands of handles so we need to be sure my email is thehandleman@comcast.net

I have lots of door handles and window cranks plus Inside handles send me a email with photo of your needs preferably with at least three different pictures top down side view back side with ruler as there are many different variables.I also have escutcheons,on the outside handles I need shaft lengths from flat of escutcheon also escutcheon dimension from center mount hole to center mount hole.
