I have customer in LA with one of the 454 non-GS Riv's. Neat car, really rare. There are probably less than 100 still with their original matching #'s motors.

FYI, Ridetech has tubular rear suspension for Riv's, but it's complete crap. I put one setup in a customer car with bags and was not impressed.

I designed and had made my own complete tubular rear set-up with adj upper control arm, adj panhard bar and lowers with spherical joint and adj coil perches. Going to possibly do a run of them. I will be working on tubular fronts that correct geometry sometime next year.

Selling a few 64-66 Riviera 401/425 carbs I have accumulated. All are good cores and should go together with just a kit. I have - 1965/66 Rochester 4Jet Core, complete and throttle linkage moves freely $125 - 1965/66 Rochester 4Jet Previously Rebuilt, was running about 2 months ago before I took the 401 out of the car. I would recommend a new kit, just because, but you might drop it on and go. Comes with the hard to get vacuum-T at rear of carb and brake booster valve line. $200 - 1965 Carter AFB 3921S, original 65 Riviera 401 carb. Selling a bunch of 63-65 Riviera interior and exterior trim I have accumulated over the years. I have a lot of exterior stainless including wheel well trims and beltline, A, B, and C level quality. Hi all, I have a few driveshafts I am going to sell. I have several 64-65 Riviera driveshafts, both complete and pieces. Let me know what you need. I also have one 63-65 Electra and maybe Wildcat driveshaft that is a complete untouched original. Update: Back half of the car is sold(as in firewall back rolling). I have the complete and very good running 64 401 and 64 ST400 trans(yes, had 64 drivetrain in it) and whole front clip(fenders/clamshells/grille/etc.) for sale along with the complete rocker trim with mounting tabs. I have tons of small stuff off the car, as well, along with a couple of gauge clusters, interior/exterior trim and radios. Let me know what you all need. If anyone needs sheetmetal, I am going to start cutting up my 64 parts car next week. It's mostly gone, but has good floors and trunk, drivers quarter might be saveable. Thanks and have a great one!

Mike, call Bumper Boys in Cali. I think they are not far from you and do excellent work. They did my 70 Charger R/T bumpers and did a fantastic job.

That was a good mistake on their part, Jan! Yes, I have a 4 core in my 64 and have put several in customer cars. They are the single best upgrade you can do to any Riv, IMO. Yes, by adding a row you are increasing the capacity substantially so expect for it to take much more fluid than before.

Not bad, but what the hell happened to the 63/64 in the background? My parts cars look better than that. Lol

I have a theory that long term you will see anything pre-65 that is desirable go way up in value if it's in top condition. Mostly because you cannot get parts for those cars. 50's stuff especially. Muscle cars are not going to go down, but I see a slowly changing taste towards highend pre-muscle.

My opinion, I would never auction a car worth less than 35-40k. With fees and everything, just not worth it unless you think you might have something special and want to try your luck. Bernie is 100% right about the auction circuit. JMO, any relatively nice running 63-65 Riv is worth at least 10k. Think of it this way, a Nova in the same condition is worth about the same money. Which would you rather have?
