  2. There are 2 pair used, 1 pair on each side of the hinge. 4 total pieces.
  3. When I did my 65 this yr I took an older piece of hose to my federated auto supply and bought about 25ft. I ran it through the car and it worked perfect.
  4. Ed that was installed on my 65 gs when I got it but it didn't work. I found for me the only way was to turn the key to on do 5 light pumps and the car started right up.any other way took 10 15 cranks while pumping all the time. I removed the elect pump system. But I see it works fine for you.
  5. 2 manyhobbies, great job on that piece. I needed the rear deck body supports which are behind the rear bumper but I chose to old pieces I bought from Rivi central in calif once I blasted off the light surface rust they were like new. I cut and fit the pieces as needed. They appeared similar to what you just made too.again nice job.
  6. It's white metal so pre fit it after prep of hood and of the trim as you may need to adjust before you final paint. Don't ask how I know. Jim

  12. Rivdog. I found that once you have access you can use a Flux brush and and some lithium grease you can reach and fell your way into all the tracks and then by moving the window up and down you can oil the rollers. With the new grease and oil and moving the window up and down this should greatly improve the operation.
  13. What I did was cut some vinyl in strip approx. 10" wide and spray glued it along the edges and onto the deteriorating hard foam edges. That gave me a sound edge so any metal won't rub through and allowed the original foam to remain. I did add some softer 1" foam to the center area and a 5" block of foam to under the outer edge of the sunken drivers seat, as that spring was broken. The Clarks vinyl is very firm with a super firm material sewn in so be carful. I am happy with my results but it could be too firm for some.
  14. Ed o believe your talking about seat buttons and the poster us talking about seat bottoms.?
