retiredmechanic74
I believe those bushings are pressed into place. In the past I've used a truck socket larger then the bushing housing and a 3/8's bolt, nut and thick washer to force the bushing into the socket. When installing the new bushings reverse the socket. Note, I have had too at times use a torch to expand the control arm to remove the bushings. Try not to use this method if you can help it.
Spinneyhill
Lubricate the thread on the puller bolt or it could get hot and seize. I learned that the hard way, pulling spring bushes.
joe_padavano
Are these the rubber pressed-in bushings or the threaded metal ones? If rubber, the easy (if messy) way is to burn out the rubber, then dent the sleeve to loosen it in the control arm.
