Leif in Calif
Need a lot more information to justify this price, but a neat and interesting car that does look complete! https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/cto/d/satsop-1951-lincoln-cosmopolitan/7723934331.html 1951 Lincoln Cosmopolitan, 100% complete, 337 flat head, automatic. TerryB
There must be a bag with gold coins in the back seat to justify the price. I’ve always liked these Lincolns but I must be one of only a few since they don’t seem to have much of a following.
Crusty Trucker
IMHO, a more attractive car than the '46 - '50 Packards, but still that unmistakable "garden slug" profile that permeated the design departments after the war. (Packard, Kaiser-Frazer, Lincoln, Mercury, Hoover Vacuums, etc). If it runs, maybe $5K, if it drives well and can stop, then maybe more.
Fossil
I prefer the Mercurys over the Lincolns and the Fords over either of them. And you don't care anyway. 🥴
kingrudy
You just can't beat a car sitting on a trailer, unless it is a four door sitting on a trailer. Does the trailer come with the car?
