Great photo... It is also a comment on the "horse age" as noted by the "road apples" deposited along the route. Watch where you step.

The photographer is Carl Claudy, and it is a Corbin (I believe) pulling a Wright Flyer in September 1908.

 

The caption was “On its way to the Parade Ground”

A Corbin didn’t have the Packard-like dips on hood/radiator.  Elmore did (picture attached of an Elmore).  This picture pops up quite often on social media,
