 Any idea what make, model, year this car is? Looks like its right-hand drive.

Picture was taken in Chicago probably sometime in the 1920's.  My father is standing on the curb with his mother admiring it.

Possibly a Regal Underslung.

Underslung for sure, so most likely a Regal. Not an American Underslung.

Thank you again Varun C! The American Underslung is well known in the brass era parts of our hobby. The Regal Underslung somewhat less known. The Colby is one that few have ever seen, and most have not even heard of.
