Hub Caps / Rallys... Red lines / white lines ?
Jerriffic replied to STEVE POLLARD's topic in General Discussion
Love the turbine style hub cap. I bought a set for my 72 Chevelle Malibu, they come in 14" and 15". Only drawback is they weigh over 7lb's each. -

Your first antique/classic car purchase
Jerriffic replied to Jack Bennett's topic in General Discussion
My first antique: My father gave me this 1948 Crosley sedan in 1978 when my parents moved. I restored it when I retired in 2011, I still own it. He bought it around 1954 then stored it in his sister's garage. I was in high school at the time when he brought it home after she passed away in 1969. -

What wild and crazy car accessories do you have?
Jerriffic replied to Dave Wells's topic in General Discussion
My father had one in his 50 chevy around 1959. Cop pulled him over and told him to remove it on the spot or get ticketed. Cop said it was a distraction. -
Thank you, Varun. You nailed it. Jerry

Any idea what make, model, year this car is? Looks like its right-hand drive. Picture was taken in Chicago probably sometime in the 1920's. My father is standing on the curb with his mother admiring it. Jerry B.

Can anyone I.D. this horseless carriage and year? It looks very similar to a belt drive 1907 Duer. Last picture is the Duer, I'm not aware of Duer making any other model except for a light delivery wagon. Thanks, Jerry B. 1907 Duer

Here's a local newspaper article from 1970 about my fathers "barn find". Can it be called a barn find if he knew about the car when he was 7yrs. old? I helped him remove the parts from the barn attic in 68 the year he inherited the car. Jerry B.
