91 coupe dash bulbs

Hello group. I have mt 91 with a couple of bulbs not lighting up in the instrument cluster even when the test button is pushed. I have the cluster out of the car and would appreciate some advice on how to get to the bulbs. These are not the 194 bulbs I was expecting to find. Much smaller. Thanks.

I believe you have to remove the glass (plastic?) face plate to get to any bulbs.  But I'm not sure the bulbs are simply "pull and replace" type bulbs.  There are instrument clusters available from '90 thru '91 Reattas and '90 thru '93 Rivieras.   Jim Finn, Marck Barker, local auto junk yards, Ebay, etc.

All T5 and T10 bulbs are replaceable.

Better check again. I believe they are soldered in place. Jim Finn would know for sure.

Some pull-out hard. I'd try to rock them sideways back and forth.

When you get a replacement IPC make sure that you press the rectangular button on the far lower left that so that you can verify that ALL the orange lights come on! One of mine was burned out so I ended up having to disassemble the whole thing and solder in a bulb from another IPC.

These bulbs can be purchased so they can be inserted either way and still work. Have to read and ask.

The 88/89 IPC have push in and pull out bulbs. Not so for the 1990/91.
