Is the same type of overdrive they were using in 1939 ?  It is a great feature once you master it. The kick down system is a nightmare to find the parts if they get removed but the OD can still be used without them.

I've grown to like these cars over the years. Their large formal look helped keep them from being hot rodded or customized much. Prices seem reasonable, too. I even like the roof rack on this one.

When I first moved out here in the 70's it seemed like Chev. Pickups and Chrysler products from the 40's and 50's were setting unloved in every farm yard. Nobody wanted them. Now I would love to have a garage full of the Chryslers. Why is it we have to get so old before we get smart?
