nearchoclatetown
SM, you must still be on those drugs. I stopped by there this afternoon, neon sign said OPEN, people sitting all over the place with no food in sight and both doors were locked. Littlestown Mike
It might have been a "soft opening". Resturants often have a day where they invite family and friends to try out the resturant for free. The resturants need that practice before a friendly crowd to smooth out the problems in their system and staff.
Steve Moskowitz
Guessing they were having a staff meeting and closed. They have had a lot of problems getting opened in that location. Newly remodeled facility.

I have built a few restaurants and in a couple of cases the chef was there 'creating' his menu and doing some 'practice runs' on the food. This was as we were putting on the finishing touches. We always ate really good as we were the crash dummies!
nearchoclatetown
I would rather believe it was a setup from SM. He knew I was in the neighborhood and told them to lock the door with the neon sign saying they were open. OR, as I said it was his drugs. 1
HadassahHernandez
Oh no, what a wild story! Conspiracy theories about closed doors and neon signs, sounds like a mystery novel plot! On a completely unrelated note, any suggestions for the best restaurants in Sacramento? Always on the lookout for some local gems! NancyDorna
Hey, new cafes are always exciting, right? That location sounds pretty convenient! Speaking of exploring new spots, have you scoped out the best breakfast in Dublin near me? There’s this spot close by that’s a total gem! Sometimes trying out a new breakfast joint can be the best way to start the day.
