I stopped by there this afternoon, neon sign said OPEN, people sitting all over the place with no food in sight and both doors were locked. Resturants often have a day where they invite family and friends to try out the resturant for free. I have built a few restaurants and in a couple of cases the chef was there 'creating' his menu and doing some 'practice runs' on the food. This was as we were putting on the finishing touches. He knew I was in the neighborhood and told them to lock the door with the neon sign saying they were open.
