Demian McConnell
Body has extensive rot/rust but the engine and tranny are completely rebuilt on the inside. Around 5000 miles on it. Most all cosmetic components are in good shape. The ocean air is killing It. Glorified parts car I guess. I'm hoping for $4000 oboe.
NC-car-guy
Location and some photos of the rebuilt running gear might help your sale. @Ben Bruce aka First Born should we start the visor debate? 🙂
Pete Phillips
Not much ocean air in Wyoming!😄 But the photos are not Wyoming, even though the license plate is! Standard shift or Dynaflow?
drhach
You've never experienced the swaying palms of Wyoming? It's a sight to behold.
BuickBob49
It could have a three-speed manual transmission. The trunk handle plastic inserts are gone, so we don't know if they said "Dyna flow" or "Buick Eight" (for manual transmission). However, I don't see any holes in the rear fender where the "Dynaflow" script would mount. Only 15 percent of 1949 Supers had manual transmissions. They are great cars. Had my 1949 Super sedan with manual transmission out for a ride yesterday. 1
